Day 105 - Rejuvenating family time and pain in my lower abdomen

Dear Simba,

Being back home feels incredibly comforting. Today was all about spending quality time with my family—strolling through the garden, engaging in heartfelt conversations, and simply unwinding. It's moments like these that bring such peace and joy.

Dinner was a lovely affair, adding to the sense of rejuvenation I'm already experiencing. However, there's a nagging discomfort in my lower right abdomen. The worrywart in me wonders if a hospital visit is warranted. Could it be an ectopic pregnancy or perhaps a sizable cyst? I'll sleep on it tonight and reassess in the morning. Hopefully, it resolves itself, especially with my return to Portugal looming just two days away.
