Day 363 - Reflexology to kick start labour

Dear Simba,

Today, I went for a reflexology session that was recommended to help induce labor. When I got there, the therapist mentioned that it might work so quickly that I could go into labor within just four hours! Hearing that made me pause—was I really ready for things to move that fast?

So instead, I decided on a more relaxing reflexology session, which turned out to be so soothing and lovely.

Now, it’s time to get the oxytocin flowing—I’ll need all the love and calm vibes I can get!
